BSA Approach to Company Culture

“Company culture” refers to complex contingencies in the workplace that persist over time and across people. Behavioral Systems Analysis (BSA) is a tool for analyzing complex structures, and can be applied to assessing, analyzing and redesigning more effective contingencies to build or maintain the company cultures we want. In this CEU, we will explore metacontingencies and the three-level framework of BSA to common company culture problems so learners are empowered to create meaningful culture change.

Objectives:

  1. Learners will be independently tact the components of the BSA super system
  2. Learners will be able to identify 1+ strategy for each level of the three-level framework to influence metacontingencies.
  3. Learners will independently define company culture metacontingencies.
